## Commands

| Command | Does | Effect |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `setup.status` | Report whether the local ledger store is set up. Idempotent. | Reads |
| `setup.apply` | Create the local ledger store non-interactively. | Writes |
| `connect` | Link a provider account through the local credential hub. | Writes |
| `status` | Balance, currency, and provider link health. | Reads |
| `list` | Recent entries (amount, payee id, memo), newest first. | Reads |
| `payees` | Saved payees with the ids transfer takes. | Reads |
| `transfer` | Pay a saved payee. Refused until a person confirms the amount and payee. | Writes, asks first |
