What happens when you visit
The site runs on servers AUVY GmbH operates in Helsinki. To deliver a page, the server processes the technical data your browser sends: IP address, time, requested address, referrer and user agent. It does this only for the duration of the request. No access logs are kept, and the data is not used to identify you.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in delivering a secure, working website. Hetzner Online GmbH hosts the servers as processor in the EU.
No cookies or tracking
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. Your choice of light or dark theme stays in your browser's local storage and never reaches the server. Fonts are served from the same origin as the site.
When you write to us
If you email contact@auvy.ai or security@auvy.ai, AUVY GmbH processes your address and message to answer you, under Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR, and deletes them once the matter is closed unless the law requires keeping them.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, ask to receive it in a portable form, and object to its processing. Write to privacy@auvy.ai. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht.
